What is the difference between an Audio CD and a CD-ROM?
An Audio CD is just like a music CD. It is limited to only 80 minutes of content and you can play it on a stereo CD player. A CD-ROM is a CD you can only run on your computer. The CD contains audio in a compressed format, so it may contain the entire conference. It may also include PDFs of the conference proceedings, so you can review them while listening to the presentation.

Do I need any special software to run the conference CD-ROM?
All the software you'll need is already loaded onto the CD. When you first put the CD into the drive, it will notify you if you need to download any included software. All conference CD-ROMs will run on PCs with Windows 98, 2000, NT or XP operating systems. They will also run on Apple computers with OS 9.2 or later.
